Before opening FirstCare in Oak Lawn, Dr. Beals spent her career treating the kinds of acute conditions that walk-in clinics now handle every day - illness, injury, sudden symptoms that cannot wait for a scheduled appointment. That experience shapes how the clinic runs: short wait times, on-site lab work, on-site medication dispensing, and an emphasis on actually listening to patients rather than rushing them through.
