Our on-site lab is set up for the full range of routine and urgent testing. Rapid testing is the workhorse - we run strep A, influenza A and B, COVID-19 antigen, mononucleosis, urinalysis, urine pregnancy, glucose, and rapid HIV with results in 15-30 minutes. These are the tests that change your same-day diagnosis and treatment.

If you walk in with a sore throat, we know within 20 minutes whether it is strep and whether you need antibiotics. If you walk in with flu-like symptoms during the season, we know if it is flu A, flu B, or COVID before you leave.

Standard lab panels are also drawn on-site and sent to our reference partner for processing. CBC, comprehensive metabolic panel, kidney and liver function, thyroid (TSH, free T4, T3), HbA1c for diabetes monitoring, lipid panel, iron studies, vitamin D and B12, hormone panels, beta-hCG quantitative, and the full STD/STI panel. These standard panels typically return in 1-3 business days, and we call you with results.

We also draw labs ordered by outside providers. If your specialist or PCP has ordered a panel and you do not want to drive to LabCorp or Quest, bring the order and we will handle the draw. We process insurance directly for labs covered under your PPO plan, or you can self-pay with transparent flat-rate pricing.

For ongoing health management, we coordinate repeat labs at appropriate intervals. Diabetics tracking HbA1c, patients monitoring high cholesterol or thyroid medication, anyone on a medication that requires periodic labs - we make the repeat visits quick. Walk in, get drawn, leave. No need to start over each time.

We accept most PPO plans for lab work, and many tests are covered as part of preventive care or diagnostic workup. Self-pay rates are flat and predictable, quoted before the draw.
