Terms and Conditions for SMS/Text Messaging Services

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of SMS or text messaging services (the "Service") provided by FirstCare Urgent Care Center P.C. ("FirstCare", "we", "us", or "our"). By opting in to receive SMS messages from FirstCare, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional messages related to your account, promotional messages, orders, or services you have requested from FirstCare Urgent Care. These messages may include appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications, among others. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-subscribe, you can opt in again at any time using the original consent process.

Carrier Liability

Your privacy is important to us. The personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
